PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. - Harris-Stowe State University softball fell 14-0 in game one and 8-0 in game two on Friday afternoon at Trinity Christian College. With the losses, the Lady Hornets fall to 1-13 on the season while the Trolls improve to 7-13 on the season.
In game one, the Trolls scored 10 in the first, two in the second and two in the fourth. Senior outfielder
Naliya Anderson (St. Louis, Mo./Hazelwood Central) and junior outfielder
Juanesha Washington (St. Louis, Mo./Carnahan) each had a hit.
In game two, the Trolls scored three in the fourth and five in the fifth. Washington had a hit and Anderson reached on a walk.
The Lady Hornets return to action on Saturday, March 22nd at 12 and 2 pm at Stephens College.
