Emerson Performance Center - View Availability Calendar

EPC The Emerson Performance Center is home to the Harris-Stowe State University men's basketball, women's basketball and volleyball programs. Opened in the fall of 2003, it is located on the north end of campus. The Emerson Performance Center houses the Board of Regents Gymnasium, a weight room, men's and women's locker rooms, athletic training facilities and athletic offices.

Locker Rooms In the fall of 2015, Harris-Stowe upgraded the locker rooms for both the Men's and Women's programs.

Weight Room
weight room Located in the Emerson Performance Center, the weight room is used by all of our teams. The weight room includes squat racks, ellipticals, free weights, medicine balls, etc.

Hornet Field - View Availability Calendar
hornet field The Hornets Soccer Field is home to the Harris-Stowe State University men's and women's soccer teams. The field is located on the northwest corner of campus and just west of the Emerson Performance Center.

Stars Park Baseball Field - View Availability Calendar
baseball field Stars Park is home to the Harris-Stowe State University baseball team. Thanks to a $1.1 millions donation from the St. Louis Cardinals, Stars Park was renovated in 2020. The field served as the home of the St. Louis Stars' of the Negro National League from 1922-31. Four Negro League championships were played at the field.  In 1924 the Stars fell to the KC Monarchs, but won the League Championships in 1928, 1930 and 1931. Three Hall of Famers called Stars Park their home field. James "Cool Papa" Bell, Willie "El Diablo" Wells, and Mule Suttles.  On May 2, 2007, the Bob Broeg Chapter of the Society for American Baseball Research formally dedicated the historic site. The field is located on the southwest corner of campus on the corner of Market Street and Compton Ave.

Stars Park Softball Field - View Availability Calendar
softball field The Stars Park Softball field was build as part of the $1.1 million donation from the St. Louis Cardinals. Sitting next to the baseball field, the softball team began calling Stars Park home in the 2021 season. The state-of-the-art softball field is complete with dugouts, bullpens, bleachers, press boxes, and a scoreboard.
