Casey is currently the Associate Head Coach at Harris-Stowe State University. He brings a wealth of baseball experience to the Hornets in professional, collegiate and summer collegiate baseball. He is also currently the Head Coach with the Palm Springs POWER Baseball Club, and a Midwest Associate Scout for the Toronto Blue Jays.  

Dill has worked as a Field Manager in professional and summer collegiate baseball for nine years with five different clubs: Nor Cal Pirates (Pacific West league), Las Cruces Vaqueros (Pecos League), Las Vegas Train Robbers (Pecos League), Sonoma Stompers (Pacific Association) and Springfield Sliders (Prospect League).  Casey has earned four league championships in that time period, amassing an overall record of 371-220, and is also responsible for promoting 54 former players to higher levels of professional baseball.

He has also coached at the NCAA Division II level at Chico State University, California Collegiate Athletic Association and New Mexico Highlands University, Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.  Casey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Columbia College and is a graduate of the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau's Scout School.
