"Dr. Prather holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Sports Management from Concordia University Chicago, an M.Ed. in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Abilene Christian University. Her work focuses on educational equity, student engagement, and inclusive leadership, with a strong commitment to mentoring first-generation and underrepresented students. A former NCAA All-American, she currently serves as the Coordinator of Eligibility, Compliance, and Student Activities at Harris-Stowe State University, where she continues to mentor, advise, and support student-athletes in achieving both academic and athletic success."
