ST. LOUIS – The Harris-Stowe men's soccer team is headed to the 2021 AMC Men's Soccer Tournament Championship game, after defeating the Trojans of Hannibal-LaGrange University, 1-0.
The first half went scoreless as both defensives units remained firm in defending the goal. With time winding down in the second half and the score remaining at zero, overtime appeared to be a reality.

Damani Henderson in scoring position. Henderson was able to land the goal, giving the Hornets the edge with just over seven minutes remaining in regulation.
Joshua Precious recorded another shut-out victory for Harris-Stowe, his second of the tournament. Precious recorded three saves, while facing four shots on goal.
The Hornets improved to 14-4-1 on the season and will travel to Batesville, Ark. on Friday, November 12
th to face the Scots of Lyon College. Game time is slated for 1:00 p.m.
