ST. LOUIS – The Harris-Stowe men's basketball team celebrated senior day prior to tipping off against the Central Baptist College Mustangs. CBC was able to take the contest 74-56.
The opening half was a compelling back and forth action packed 20-minutes. The Mustangs were able to take a sizable lead, however, the Hornets rallied back, cutting the lead to six, 32-26.
In the final 20-minutes, Central Baptist, outpaced the Hornets 42-30.
Senior
Jamarr Joseph, put on a dazzling show, scoring 18-points, two rebounds and one steal.
Antwan Campbell, scored nine-points, six rebounds, three blocks, two steals and one assist.
Malik Greer and
Jeremiah Hurst each tallied seven-points. Greer also pulled down eight rebounds, while Hurst added four rebounds, one assist and one steal.
Harris-Stowe will travel to Batesville, Alabama, to face the Scots of Lyon College on Tuesday, February 22
nd at 7:00 pm.
