ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Harris-Stowe State University softball fell to Williams Baptist College on Saturday afternoon at Hornets Field in their doubleheader. The Lady Eagles won game one 14-0 and took game two 18-0. The Lady Hornets fall to 0-23 on the season and 0-6 in American Midwest Conference play while the Lady Eagles improve to 17-11 and 2-0 in AMC play.
In game one, the Lady Eagles would score 12 in the first before scoring one in the third and fourth. Sophomore pitcher

In game two, the Lady Eagles would score three runs in the first, second, fourth, and fifth while scoring six in the third inning. Freshman utility player
Gracie Schmitte (San Diego, Calif./Mar Vista) would reach on a walk in game two.
The Lady Hornets are back in action tomorrow against Central Baptist College at Hornets Field with game one starting at 1 pm.
