ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Harris-Stowe State University softball fell in both games of the doubleheader on Tuesday afternoon at Hornets Field to Bethel University (Tenn.). Bethel took game one 34-0 and took game two 14-0. The Lady Hornets fall to 0-27 on the season while Bethel improves to 9-17 on the season.
Bethel jumped out in game one and never looked back as they scored seven runs in the first, five in the second, four in the third and fourth and 14 in the fifth.Â

Isabella Romualdo (Aiea, Hawaii/Moanalua) and senior infielder
Remani Atuatasi (San Diego, Calif./Hover) all recorded hits in game one.
Bethel once again would score first in game two with a two run second inning before scoring three in the fourth, one in the fifth and eight in the seventh. Brown would record two hits in game two and Re. Atuatasi would record the other hit in game two for the Lady Hornets.
The Lady Hornets are back in action on Saturday, April 6th at Hornets Field against Ecclesia College with game one scheduled for 1 pm.
