PITTSBURG, Kan. - Harris-Stowe State University men's and women's track and field teams competed at the NAIA/JUCO Challenge on Saturday afternoon hosted by Pittsburg State University.
Junior sprinter
Alicia Robinson (Grand Rapids, Mich.) finished 38th in the 60-meter dash in 8.05 seconds and finished 19th in the long jump with a leap of 4.90 meters (16-1). Senior sprinter
Shamari Long (Chicago, Ill.) finished 52nd in the 60-meter dash in 8.32 seconds.
Junior sprinter
Xavier Flemister (Minneapolis, Minn.) finished 13th in the 60-meter dash with a personal record 6.90 seconds and 29th in the high jump with a height of 1.69 meters (5-6.5).
Junior sprinter
Richard McNary (St. Louis, Mo.) finished 71st in the 60-meter dash in 7.20 seconds. Junior Kenneth Sigler (St Louis, Mo./Parkway North High School) finished 47th in the mile in 5:03.70.
Both teams return to action next Saturday, February 1st at Indiana Wesleyan. The meet begins at 10 am eastern time.
