HENDERSON, Tenn. - Harris-Stowe State University men's basketball fell 107-53 on Tuesday night at #5 Freed-Hardeman. With the loss, the Hornets fall to 1-4 while the Lions improve to 7-1 on the season.

Jacinth Prude (East St. Louis, Ill./Hazelwood Central) and a layup by Tsegaye cut the deficit to 103-49. Wilson would score the final four points for the Hornets.
Davis led the way with 14 points while Carter and Wilson added eight apiece. Carter and Wilson each recorded six rebounds. Trotter and junior guard
Adolphus Cast (Detroit, Mich./Schoolcraft College) recorded two assists each. Carter, Lampley, Lawson and Davis all recorded a block. Carter, Cast, Davis and Lampley all recorded two steal.
The Hornets went 21-51 (41.2%) from the field, 0-10 from three and 11-26 (42.3%) from the free throw line.
The Hornets return to action on Saturday, November 22nd at Missouri S&T in Rolla, Mo. in an exhibition at 1 pm.
