ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The American Midwest Conference announced the men's soccer players of the week for the week of November 3rd. Senior goalkeeper Matheus Pereira da Silva (Santo Andre, SP, Brazil/Columbia College) was named the AMC Defensive Player of the Week.

Pereira da Silva earned the win in a 5-0 shutout of the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy. Pereira da Silva made four saves to help the Hornets earn a 0-0 draw against Columbia which was just the second draw against Columbia in program history.
