ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The American Midwest Conference named the athletes of the week on Monday afternoon. Junior outside hitter Kyla McReynolds was named the AMC Volleyball Attacker of the Week. This is the second time this season McReynolds has been named the Attacker of the Week as she was also named Attacker of the Week on August 25th. 

McReynolds recorded 24 kills across two matches last week in part to helping the Lady Hornets move to 2-0 in AMC play after sweeps of Hannibal-LaGrange and Central Baptist. McReynolds averaged 4.0 kills per set while adding in one service ace on the week. McReynolds recorded 26.5 points on the week.

McReynolds also added eight digs in each match and recorded three block assists. 

The Lady Hornets will return to action on Wednesday, September 17th at 7 pm at Blackburn University in Carlinville, Ill.
