ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The American Midwest Conference athletes of the week.

Freshman sprinter Emmanuel Bonsu was named the AMC Men's Track Athlete of the Week.

Bonsu finished fifth in the 100-meter dash at the Cougar Classic in a personal best time of 10.70. Bonsu was seventh in the 200-meters in a time of 21.86. 

Bonsu was also apart of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished fourth in a time of 44.05. Bonsu was also apart of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished seventh in 3:34.37.
