Rick Antinori

Rick Antinori brings a wealth of experience and a proven championship pedigree to Harris-Stowe State University, combining over two decades of coaching, athletic administration, and academic instruction. Recently serving as the Vice-President of Baseball/Softball Operations for Power Prospects USA, Rick oversees all facets of player development and training while successfully guiding athletes through the college recruiting process. His on-field success is exemplified by a remarkable tenure as Head Coach at Clark State Community College, where he orchestrated a historic turnaround. In his debut season, he earned OCCAC Region XII Coach of the Year honors after securing the school’s first thirty-win season and a conference championship. He guided the program to three consecutive playoff appearances, a program first, while also overseeing the development of a Player of the Year and a Pitcher of the Year, and successfully transitioning 34 sophomores to four-year programs.

Beyond his coaching accolades, Rick is a dedicated educator and a visionary leader. Since 2021, he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Franklin University, teaching courses in Sports Management and Exercise Science, including Leadership in Sports, Coaching Methodologies, and Sports Administration. This commitment to student development aligns with his coaching philosophy, which emphasizes the holistic development of athletes. His leadership extends to founding Titan Total Fitness and designing innovative training facilities that have helped develop players who have advanced to Major League Baseball camps. With a Master’s in Sports Science and a background in communications, Rick’s expertise in strategic game planning, recruiting, and fundraising—having amplified efforts by 200% through community engagement—positions him as an exceptional asset to build a competitive and character-driven baseball program at Harris-Stowe State University.
