BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Harris-Stowe State University women's track and field team opened their indoor schedule at Illinois Wesleyan on Saturday.
Junior sprinter/jumper
Alicia Robinson (Grand Rapids, Mich.) took home first place in the women's long jump with a personal best jump of 5.53 meters (18-1.75). She finished fourth in the 200-meter with a time of 26.50 seconds and sixth in the 60-meter with a time of 8.06 seconds.
Senior sprinter
Shamari Long (Chicago, Ill.) finished 12th in the 60-meter with a time of 8.33 seconds and 19th in the 200-meter with a time of 28.93. Junior sprinter
Dierra Williams placed 20th in the 60-meter with a time of 9.17 seconds and 27th in the 200-meter with at time of 32.15.
The Lady Hornets return to action on Saturday January 11th, 2025 at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
