ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The American Midwest Conference named the softball players of the week on Monday afternoon.

Junior pitcher Symone Abraham (Decatur, Ill./Livingstone College) was named the pitcher of the week.

Abraham was named pitcher of the week after throwing the first perfect game in program history in a 2-0 win against Principia College this past Saturday. Abraham also drove in one of the two runs in the win with an infield single.
